Sel Rose de Bolivie

Bolivian Pink Salt. This fossil salt has been sheltered for a few million years under a layer of volcanic rock, protected from any environmental pollution, in the Andes plateaus. It is always harvested by hand by miners, as did the Incas. Reminiscent of rose quartz, it owes its color to a high iron content and contains many minerals such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium. Perfect for seasoning your meats, fish, soups, salads and vegetables.
