This 7" kitchen knife is handmade in Japan by skilled craftsmen, using a sleek stainless steel that’s made to last. The blade is made of three layers of steel: molybdenum vanadium steel core, softer stainless steel coating, and hygienic stainless steel handle. Each handle is ergonomic and easy-to-maneuver, great for slicing and dicing. Sori Yanagi knives are made for all purpose cooking and will become an indispensable part of your cooking routine.
