SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days for all in stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once package has shipped. Standard and express shipping options are available. Out of stock or preorder items will be shipped separately. If you opt out of signature requirement, you assume responsibility of package. STORE PICKUP

Orders marked as Store Pickup at checkout by the customer can be picked up at Curated Home & Living within 1-2 business days given that all items are in stock. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email from CH&L stating that items are ready for pickup.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Oversized items that are eligible for curbside delivery will be billed at a fixed flat rate.

Freight options are available for oversized preorder items. Customers can request a quote for one of two options:

  • Threshold: the item(s) is brought over the threshold or to the nearest dry area. Packaging is not removed.
  • White Glove: the item(s) is brought to any room of your choice, unpacked and assembled if needed. Packaging is removed.

    Once product(s) are purchased, Curated Home & Living will confirm lead time and send you and invoice for your preferred delivery method. Freight must be paid prior to delivery.
